I have not seen IDRVFAST in the Triangle yet, but I’ve certainly shared the road with his spiritual kin.  The idea of taking pictures of bad behavior and posting it online is really just a new implementation of an old philosophy.  Think of putting the town drunk in the stocks, for example.  A more recent example of using shame as a means to alter public behavior was coined “frown power” by Stetson Kennedy.
